TeamzPage, Inc. (“TeamzPage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a platform to manage, organize, and participate in sports teams and groups through our websites (e.g., https://www.teamzpage.com), mobile applications (“App”), and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information when you use our Services.

By using the Services, you agree to our Terms of Service, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) TeamzPage Services; Teams and Users

Our Services help you organize a team (“Team”), manage rosters of athletes (“Players”), track schedules, take attendance for games and events (“Events”), share messages, and other content.

• User Content means information you or other Users post about Players (“Player Data”) and any pictures, video, audio, messages, and other media (“Media Content”). Together = User Content.
• User Data means information about you as a User, such as account and device information.

Types of Users:

• Registered User: Creates an account with name, email, and password to access password-protected features.
• Team Admin: A Registered User who manages a Team, such as a coach, club, league, or organization designee.
• Fan / Visitor: Uses public parts of our Services without an account.

Team Admins are generally responsible for Player Data and Team-related User Content they manage. If you provide information about another person, you represent you have permission to do so.

2) How We Collect Information

We collect information:

• Directly from you (on the website, App, or offline)
• Automatically when you use the Services
• From Team Admins, Organizations, and other Users
• From our affiliates and third-party partners, and from social platforms you use to interact with us

3) Categories of Information We Collect

Some information is Personal Information – Information that identifies you or is associated with you.

A) Information you or other Users provide:

• Registered User Information: name, email, password, phone, address, preferences
• Player Information: name, birthday, gender, contact info, jersey number
• Team Information: team name, sport, location, timezone, Events
• Transactional Information: payment details, purchase history (processed by our payment processors, we do not store full card numbers)
• Contact List Information: with your permission, contacts from your device to invite teammates
• User Content and Chat Information: posts, messages, and team chats (we store chat content)
• Communications: emails, support tickets, survey responses
• Offline Activity

B) Information from Team Admins and Organizations:

Roster, eligibility, performance, scheduling, and relationship data (e.g., parent of Player). We do not control how Team Admins use or share that data – refer to their own privacy notices.

C) Information from Affiliates and Third Parties:

To enhance features, prevent fraud, and for marketing and analytics.

D) Job Applicants, Employees, and Business Contacts:

Resume data, contact info, and employment-related info. Employees receive a separate notice.

E) De-identified / Aggregated Information:

We may de-identify or aggregate data for analytics, research, and product improvement. This is not Personal Information.

4) Online User Activity, Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tools (“Activity Tools”) to understand use of our Services.
Collected automatically:

• Usage Details: pages visited, time/date, search terms, features used
• Device Information: IP address, device ID, OS, browser type, mobile carrier
• Location Information: general location from IP, and precise location if you grant permission on your device / App

You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work. We attempt to honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. To limit precise location, adjust your device permissions.

5) Children’s Information

Our Services are for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 to create an Account.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 without parental consent. However, Player Data about a child may be provided to us by a parent, Team Admin, or Organization as part of legitimate team management. By providing that data, you consent to our use of it as described here.

If you believe we have unauthorized data about a child under 13, contact us at info@teamzpage.com. If you are a California resident under 18, you may request removal of content you posted on public channels.

6) How We Use Personal Information

We use information as permitted by law, including to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, your Account, and transactions
• Enable Teams and Users to share User Content and communicate
• Respond to requests and provide customer support
• Administer surveys, contests, and promotions
• Measure performance, traffic, and usage patterns
• Personalize content and communications
• Operate, evaluate, improve, and develop new Services
• Protect security, integrity, and prevent fraud or illegal activity
• For hiring and business relationship purposes
• As disclosed at collection

We may combine online and offline information. If we convert information to aggregated form, we may use it for any purpose.

7) How We Share Personal Information

• User Content: If you post User Content, it may be visible to other Users on your Team or, depending on Team Admin settings, more broadly. We cannot control if other Users re-share it. Treat team-visible content as potentially public.
• Team-related User Data: We may share your contact info with a Team Admin when you request to join their Team or post Team-related content.
• Special Events: If you join an event sponsored by a third party, we may share your participation with that sponsor.
• Service Providers: IT hosting, payment processing, chat providers, analytics, marketing, and customer support vendors who need access to perform services for us. They are contractually required to protect the data.
• Legal, Safety, Security: If required by law, legal process, to prevent harm or loss, to investigate fraud, or to protect safety.
• Affiliates: With our affiliated companies.
• Corporate Transactions: In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of assets.
• Advertising Partners: Aggregated or de-identified data, and where permitted, identifiers and activity via cookies for targeted advertising. You can opt-out as described below.

We limit sharing based on your choices and applicable law.

8) Advertising

We may work with third-party advertisers and ad networks. They may use Activity Tools to serve relevant ads on our Services and elsewhere.

9) Your Privacy Choices

• Marketing Emails: Use the unsubscribe link in the email. You will still receive transactional and administrative emails.
• Cookies: Adjust browser settings. Use our cookie banner to opt-out of targeting cookies.
• Account Deletion: You can delete your Account in App Settings > Account, or email info@teamzpage.com. Deletion does not automatically delete Player Data managed by a Team Admin.
• Location: Block location in browser or device settings. IP-based location may still be used.
• Text Messages: Reply STOP to opt-out. See Section 11.
• Push Notifications: Disable in device settings or uninstall the App.
• Team Data: Contact your Team Admin to request changes to Player Data.

10) How to Update Your Information

Log in to your Account to update profile and preferences, or contact info@teamzpage.com. For Team-related User Content, contact the relevant Team Admin. Residual copies may remain in backups as permitted by law.

11) Special Notice Regarding Text Messages

If you opt-in to our SMS program, you consent to receive automated and non-automated service and promotional texts at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You confirm you own the number and have authority to enroll.

To stop: Text STOP to opt-out. You will receive a confirmation. Text HELP for help. For other opt-out requests, contact us, but STOP via SMS is fastest. Carriers are not liable for delayed messages. Participation is not a condition of purchase.

12) Security and Retention

We use physical, administrative, and technical measures designed to protect Personal Information, including encryption in transit. No system is 100% secure.

We retain Personal Information as long as your Account is active, as needed to provide Services, for the purposes described in this Policy, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Team Admins may have their own retention practices for Team Data.

13) Links to Other Websites and Services

Our Services may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies.

14) Jurisdiction-Specific Notices

A) US State Privacy Rights (CA, CO, CT, DE, IA, MT, NE, NH, NJ, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, MN, MD, IN, KY, RI and other states with similar laws).

If you are a resident of one of these states, you have the right to:

• Request categories of Personal Information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of third parties we shared with
• Request a copy of specific pieces of Personal Information
• Request correction or deletion, subject to legal exceptions (tax, account maintenance, transaction processing, security)
• Opt-out of sale/sharing for targeted advertising

To exercise: email info@teamzpage.com. We will verify your identity via email. You may use an authorized agent. We will respond within timeframes required by law. For User Data we control. For Player Data / User Content managed by Team Admins, contact the Team Admin.

To opt-out of sale/sharing via cookies, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link / cookie banner on our website. For data extracts, email info@teamzpage.com.

If your request is denied, you may appeal to info@teamzpage.com. If unsatisfied, you may contact your State Attorney General.

B) California Additional Disclosures:

Categories collected in last 12 months: Identifiers (name, email, IP), Customer Records (contact, financial), Protected characteristics (gender, DOB), Commercial info (purchases), Internet activity, Geolocation, Audio/visual (photos, videos), Professional/employment info, Sensitive info (gender, DOB, precise location only as provided).

We disclose categories A, B, D, F, G to service providers. We do not sell data for money, but use of cookies may be a “sale / share” under CCPA to analytics and advertising providers. No financial incentives except occasional promotions disclosed at collection.

Do Not Track: No standard for DNT. We honor GPC where possible and provide cookie opt-out.

C) Nevada: We do not sell Personal Information as defined under Nevada law. Email info@teamzpage.com to ask about sales.

D) European Residents (EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland):

Legal basis: performance of contract, legitimate interests (improving Services, security), consent (marketing, location), legal obligation.

You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise, contact info@teamzpage.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Data may be transferred to the US with appropriate safeguards.

15) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be notified in-App or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
